No Refunds or Returns: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the order has been processed and shipped. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Cancellation Policy: You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation requests must be sent via email to support@momentsbykair.com within 24 hours of placing your order. After this 24-hour window, we are unable to cancel your order.
After Shipment: Once your item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. We are unable to accommodate changes to your order, address adjustments, or refunds after the package has left our facility.
Order Issues
If you experience any issues with your order, including missing items, incorrect items, leaks, or damages, you must contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 7 days may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number along with clear photos of the packaging and products received when contacting us.
We do not assume responsibility for lost, broken, leaking or damaged items that may occur during shipping. You have the option to protect your order by adding insurance for a minimal fee.
