Shipping policy
Shipping Timeframe: All orders are processed and shipped within 14-28 business days, not including weekends & holidays. Please note that shipping times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, holidays, or shipping carrier delays. Once shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Order Merge Eligibility Policy: Orders are only eligible for merging if Seel Worry-Free Delivery Insurance has been purchased for each individual order. Additionally, the name and shipping address must be an exact match across all orders. Orders that do not meet both requirements will not be eligible for merging and will be shipped separately.
Domestic & International Shipping: In addition to the United States, we also ship to Great Britan & Canada. International orders are not eligible for free shipping offers or order mergers.
Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please allow at least 72 hours for the tracking information to update.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the size of your order.
Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout to ensure the delivery reaches you without delays. We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect address details.
