All the ladies running MBK are amazing they are eager to help and make things right. I can’t speak on the Facebook group however that has nothing g to do with MBK or their customer service. There are mean people everywhere but Erin and the MBK team are far from that. The products are amazing and they are always having great sales. One persons dealings on a Facebook group is completely opposite of my experience with this company and their customer service. Order for yourself you won’t be disappointed
